Sessions are charged per hour for individuals, and at a pro rata day rate for groups, teams, businesses or organisations. Rates are competitive, with information available on request. Payment can be made at the time of appointment or invoiced separately.
Treatment for health issues can be financed through Private Health Insurance. CPP Psychologists are registered with most major health insurance providers. If you wish to use your health insurance to fund psychological therapy, you must first call your insurer to clarify what they require you to do, as they may wish a referral via a GP, charge you an excess, or have a specific limit on the number of appointments they will fund. Once you have followed your insurer's procedure, you should ask them for an authorisation number before you contact us and treatment can start. For information, clinical appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hrs notice are charged at 100% of cost. Legal appointments including requirement to attend Court that are cancelled with less than one weeks notice are charged at 100% of cost.
